Shipping

All orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours. UPS or USPS will be used to ship packages,  based on cost and efficiency.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Most items purchased from ChildProof My Home in new, unused condition may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full refund of purchase price, minus shipping charges.  Returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization. A return authorization can be acquired simply by using our contact form. Please state that a return authorization is needed, and list the item(s) being returned.

Items that CANNOT be accepted for return:

Baby Gate Installation Kits - not accepted if they have been opened.

Driveway Guards - not accepted if they have been installed.

Toilet Locks & Seats- not accepted if they have been opened.

Toddler Shields (table edge cushion) - not accepted if they have been opened.

Baby Gates (or any items) with loose or missing hardware.

Returns must be accompanied by your name, address, telephone number, and email address, or a copy of your sales invoice. Items must be received by Childproof My Home within 30 days of original purchase date in order for the refund to be processed. For your own protection, please insure and track each package when returning.

Any item out of the 30 day window may be returned with a valid Return Authorization. A refund will be issued to you less shipping and a 25% Restocking Fee. Returns that do not follow the above policies will not be accepted, and will be returned to you at your expense.
